SOUPS:

Soups:  We recommend you reheat our soup on medium heat.  Add a little water to soup to thin if it is too thick for your taste.  Do not boil.

 

VEGETABLES:

Roasted Sweet Potatoes/Butternut Squash/ Acorn Squash/ Creamed Kale & Spinach/ Stuffing:  Preheat oven to 325. Place in an oven safe container & cover with foil. Reheat for 15 to 20 minutes until hot for serving.

Mashed Potatoes/ Mashed Cauliflower & Parsnip:  Preheat oven to 325. Place in oven safe container & bake for 20 minutes covered lightly with foil.  Add some warmed milk or butter to the potatoes if there are too thick.

Green Bean with Onions & Almonds: Preheat oven to 325. Place in oven safe container & cover with foil.  Reheat for 10-15 minutes until hot for serving.

Artichoke Pie – Cover pie with aluminum foil place pie into a 325 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes.

 

Tourtiere  –Place frozen pie on a baking sheet and place into a 350 degree preheated oven for 60 minutes.  Check internal temperature for desired temperature.  If top begins to brown too quickly, loosely cover the pie with a foil.

Puff Pastry Wrapped Brie – Beat the egg and water in a small bowl with a fork or whisk. Brush the seam of the pastry with the egg mixture. Place seam-side down onto a baking sheet.  Brush with the egg mixture.  Bake for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. Let stand for 20 minutes before serving.
