Mead Tasting: House Bear Brewing

House Bear Brewing was established in 2013 by Beth Borges and Carl Hirschfeld. “We explore interesting flavors wherever we find them, in our gardens, in our kitchens and in our brewery. Our meads have been described as ‘light and refreshing’, ‘like nothing I have ever had’, and having a ‘purity of flavor’. That’s because we are passionate about what we do and we do it with love.”
