Traditional Alpine Raclette Dinner
Join The Cheese Shop at Clark Farm Market in Carlisle for an intimate evening of melty cheesey goodness. Limited to 40 seats, enjoy 2.5 hours of melted cheese, cured meats, potatoes, fresh and pickled veggies, and bread. Each ticket includes one glass of your choice of red, white, sparkling wine, or cider. A cash bar will be open for the duration, where you can chat with one of our favorite wine reps and meet the maker, Nate of Pony Shack. You won’t want to leave this event early; Victoria from Cocoa Beantown will be serving chocolate fondue from 7-8.
